Las Higueras es un proyecto de bienes raíces en el estado de Veracruz, México. El concepto es construir 10 villas en balance con la naturaleza, rodeadas de majestuosos árboles y plantas a la orilla del río.
El diseño de identidad corporativa se centró primero en la creación del logotipo, luego las tarjetas y papelería comercial, el folleto, folder y por último el diseño de la pagina web.
Las Higueras is a real estate project located in Veracruz, Mexico. The concept is focused on building10 villas in balance with nature, surrounded by the exotic trees and plants of the area and respecting the land near the river which is next to the properties.
The identity design for this project started with the logo, then the stationary and finally their web page.The goal is to communicate the importance of nature, which is also the mission of the owners who have planned the whole project always caring about the trees and plants but with a very comfortable and relaxing environment for each of the 10 villas.
